A Baby Girl!

Tiny yawns and sleepy sighs, nursery rhymes and lullabies....
This cute two tier cake was made for a baby shower order. It was the girly version of one I had made a few months back for my sister's baby shower.

Little Liyana

This cake was made for an order to celebrate the birth of a beautiful baby girl, Liyana.
I wanted it to be clean and simple to reflect the purity of a newborn baby, while at the same time having a touch of playfulness.

The design was to create alphabet blocks that spelt out Liyana, and to have these blocks sitting on a baby blanket.

The end result was adorable!!

Shanni is pregnant!!! She decided on an elegant, garden themed baby shower, and this is the cake I (the "soon to be" aunty) made. :)

The little washing line of clothes across the cake was just too adorable!!

The decor for the baby shower was elegant and eco-friendly :)
